El día 7 de Octubre, se presento nuestra Escuela de pacientes, dentro de la mesa redonda Sociedad Española de Nefrología (SEN) y Federación ALCER. Por parte de la Dra. Huarte Loza (Coordinadora de la Escuela de pacientes ERC) se puso de manifiesto el necesario desarrollo de la escuelas de pacientes como motor de trasformación del paciente crónico hacia un paciente informado, responsable con su enfermedad y partícipe en todas las decisiones relacionadas con la misma. Por parte de D. Jesus Molinuevo, presidente de la Federación ALCER, se presento el proyecto "Paciente Mentor", desarrollado por la propia federación.
